BLACK FOREST HAM

Goodwood Quality Meats Black Forest Ham is dry cured for a period of 2 months and has the rich deep flavours of juniper berries, bay leaves, cracked black pepper, mustard seeds and garlic.

CASALINGA SALAMI

Dry cured and aged for 2 months with a nice white coating in a natural skin.

TRADITIONAL GERMAN KASSLER

Traditional German Kassler with rich deep flavour of juniper berries, bay leaves paprika and black peppercorns and takes about 2 and a half months to cure.

BRATWURST SAUSAGES

Bratwurst sausages handed down from a Dutch butcher whose grandfather, Mr Tomb used to make this in his butcher shop. The ingredients include beef, pork, shredded carrot, diced onion, parsley, and paprika, pepper, nutmeg, coriander, and marjoram and a hint of garlic.

NUSS SCHINKEN HAM

Nuss Schinken is an encrusted ham that has been dry cured and is two sections of an open leg that has been allowed to hang for 2 months and has rich flavours of juniper berries, mustard seeds, cracked black pepper and bay leaves.

Sensational on crackers and bruschetta’s and sandwiches.

BLACK AND WHITE PUDDINGS

White pudding, known as Weißwurst and the black pudding is known as Thüringer black pudding. They are a traditional german puddings with various spices. The black pudding has a texture of red velvet and the white pudding has a sensational flavouring comprising of  marjoram, cinnamon, a little of all spice cloves. Best served fried up in half centimetre slices

Serve with chipolatas, bacon and eggs and great for a breakfast meal.

SHORT STREAKY BACON

Traditionally smoked with European beechwood and finished off with redgum sawdust. traditionally done and one of our shop favourites.

TRADITIONAL CAPACOLLO

Truly decadent and has a full rich flavour and is a full muscle salami served on just about anything.
