Being trained and mentored by what Paul believes to be some of Adelaide’s finest craftsmen, has helped shape him into the butcher he is today. Mixing traditional butchery with innovation and a passion for Charcuterie, Paul prides himself on customer service. Willing to go that ‘extra mile’, to ensure satisfaction. Having dedicated his entire professional career to the industry, many of Paul’s customers are now third generation family members.
