Ingredient
- 1 Cup tomato ketchup
- 1/3 Cup honey
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika

Method
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter or heat the oil. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant (do not brown).

- Add Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, chili powder, black pepper, onion powder, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer gently for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness (add more honey), smokiness (extra smoked paprika), or tang (a splash more vinegar) as desired.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Use as a steak sauce, marinade, or brush over meat during the last few minutes of grilling.
